1. Engagement & Commercial Quotations

All quotations, scope documents, and bills of quantities issued by Raj Infotech LLC are valid for the period stated on the commercial proposal. Project execution begins upon mutual signature of the agreed proposal or receipt of an authorized Purchase Order (PO).

2. Hardware & Software Supply

Hardware supplied is subject to standard manufacturer warranty terms. Software licenses (including accounting software, Microsoft 365, and antivirus subscriptions) are subject to the respective software vendor’s end-user licensing agreement (EULA).

3. Third-Party Trademarks & Proprietary Rights

All third-party brand names, company logos, product names, and registered trademarks displayed on this site (including but not limited to Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, HP, Lenovo, Hikvision, Dahua, ZKTeco, Fortinet, Panasonic, Synology, Tally Prime, Grandstream, Western Digital, Seagate, and SonicWall) are the intellectual property and registered trademarks of their respective owners.

Raj Infotech LLC references these trademarks solely for nominative identification of supported hardware, software platforms, and compatibility scopes. Nothing on this website shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the respective trademark holder.

4. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)

IT Annual Maintenance Contracts define specific coverage hours, preventative maintenance visit frequencies, and emergency response parameters. Exclusions (such as physical component replacement costs or unapproved third-party hardware modifications) are clearly itemized in individual service agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities & Data Backups

While Raj Infotech LLC configures automated backup systems and disaster recovery procedures, clients maintain final administrative responsibility for safeguarding proprietary corporate data and verifying authorized user access permissions.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and all commercial service engagements entered into with Raj Infotech LLC are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
